When I step away from work, my world revolves around my wife and our daughter. They are my "why" and the reason I show up everyday determined to do things right and build a lasting legacy.

I didn't start Salous CPA because I love spreadsheets (though I think I'm pretty good with them!). I started it because I saw how cold and transactional the tax industry has become.
For nearly a decade at large CPA firms, I watched hard-working business owners being treated like another number. They'd send over their tax documents, wait months for their tax return, and receive an unexpectedly high tax bill to finish off their once a year interaction with their CPA. No tax strategy. No relationship. No human connection.
I wanted to build a firm where you could actually talk to your CPA, year-round. Where we plan for your future instead of just reporting on your past. Where you feel like you have a real advisor in your corner, not a chat bot on your dashboard.

Will I actually talk to you, or an assistant?
You'll talk to me directly. I handle our engagement from the first call to the filed tax return. My team helps with the heavy lifting of collecting and entering data, but I'll be your dedicated CPA and primary point of contact.
How often will we communicate?
As often as needed. We're not 'April-only' accountants. We'll have scheduled meetings throughout the year, but I'll be here for any questions year-round without the ticking clock of hourly bills.
Do I have to be in Oklahoma?
Not at all! While I'm proud to be based in Oklahoma, I serve business owners across all 50 states using highly secure and modern technology that makes remote collaboration feel local.
What if I'm just starting out?
I'm able to provide the most value to established business owners, but I love helping growth-minded owners set a solid foundation. If we're a good fit, I'll help you scale with confidence.
